Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before you approve the proof. Once a proof is approved and printing has started, the order is personalised for you and generally cannot be cancelled, because it cannot be resold.

If something is not right

We check every job before it leaves the shop. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or different from the proof you approved, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will reprint it at no cost or, if a reprint is not possible, refund the affected items.

We cannot offer reprints or refunds for issues that were visible in the approved proof (such as spelling or photo choice), or for low-resolution photos we flagged before printing and you chose to keep.

How refunds are paid

Refunds for online payments go back to the original payment method through our payment partner. Cash payments are refunded by UPI or bank transfer. We will confirm the refund amount and timing with you on WhatsApp.
